Aquatic Capacity Procedure

Capacity Procedure Policies

At Ashford Swimming Pool we have aquatic capacity procedures in place for events or hot weather, where we expect a high volume of guests looking to use our pools and outdoor areas.

In the event of extreme heat or exceptionally warmer weather, we ask all guests to remember to plan ahead. Please check our Facebook page regularly for the latest venue capacity update to avoid disappointment when you get to our venue.

Aquatic Capacity Levels:
Green – we are open and accepting entries
Orange – we are open, but reaching capacity
Red – we are currently at capacity and operating with 1 in, 1 out processes

Capacity limits are in place to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Active Supervision – All your attention, All the time
Your safety is very important to us and while there are lifeguards on hand, we ask you to follow active supervision and pool rules to help ensure your safety in and around our aquatic areas. Parents/Guardians must actively supervise their children. If you are not confident in the water or not a strong swimmer, please let our staff know as you enter the facility.
